1. Shipping Locations: We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Delivery Timeframe:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Air Delivery: 3-5 business days

4. Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Shipment Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and link to track your shipment.

6. Delivery Partners: We work with leading courier services to ensure timely delivery. Delivery may be attempted up to three times before the order is returned to us.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@everanta.in. Include photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

10. Non-Delivery Areas: Some areas may not be serviceable by our courier partners. If this applies to your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
